My Story

I spent much of my early adult life disconnected - from my body, my truth, myself.

In my 20s, I was running from the ache of not feeling enough.
I was highly sensitive and always sensed there was something more.
But I felt stuck - chasing a career that didn’t fit, seeking validation, trying to belong.

Underneath it all was the quiet voice of shame:
“Everyone else has it figured out. What’s wrong with me?”

So I avoided. Numbed. Distracted.
Anything to not feel the ache.

Then motherhood cracked me open.
It brought joy and purpose - but also revealed how deeply disconnected I still felt.

I left the career that no longer aligned and started the journey home to myself.

But my nervous system was still on high alert.
With three kids under six, I was stuck in fight or flight  over-giving, struggling to ask for help, feeling my marriage strain under the weight.

Eventually, my body screamed “enough.”
A health crisis brought everything to a head, taking a major toll on my gut, hormones, and nervous system.
And that breakdown became my doorway through.

Healing my body led me back to my soul. 

I found breathwork, energy healing, and a deeper spiritual path.
I launched my interior design business.
I began dancing again. Listening to my body. Slowing down. Saying no.

Tapping into my deep feminine wisdom. 

Layer by layer, I let go of the limiting beliefs, the shame, the fear.
And I remembered who I really was at my deepest essence.

I came home to myself and cultivated a deep sense of trust and peace in my body. 

That’s when the divine began guiding every part of my life - including my work.

As my intuitive gifts deepened, I began receiving powerful messages from my guides. 

When our bodies and our homes are heavy with dense energy,  it is much harder to receive all that is meant for us. But when we clear the fear, the clutter, the limiting beliefs - everything shifts into flow.

Suddenly, your home becomes a sanctuary.
A reflection of your worth. A co creator for your healing and expansion.

  We go deep into the body, the subconscious, the unseen. 

             We clear blocks not only from your field, but from your home.

       We attune and harmonize the new energy being called in.

Each session is guided by the energies of your guides and mine, the spirit of your home and mine, and the ancient wisdom of the goddesses and archetypes who walk with us.
